Naberezhnaya Tower A - B - C Blocks, Moscow

Ordained as the supreme office complex in Moscow, the 60-storey Tower is the final phase of the Naberezhnaya Tower Project a trio of class "A" office buildings developed by ENKA in Moscow.

The Naberezhnaya Tower Project is located in MIBC “Moscow City”, where the immediate vicinity is rapidly emerging as the new business capital of Russia. Prominently situated on the riverside, the Naberezhnaya Tower offers a panoramic view of central Moscow across the Moscow River.

The Naberezhnaya Tower project is a two phase project, embracing two buildings with 17 and 27 stories, respectively designated as A and B in Phase 1. The Naberezhnaya Tower, referred to as Building C is a 60-storey skyscraper currently developed as Phase 2. The 60 storey Building C rises 260 m above ground level and includes five underground floors, which, with the other two buildings, incorporates the restaurants, cafes, the shops, the technical premises and the car parks.
