MIBC Plot 4 Office, Apartments and Hotel Tower

The project is located within the “MIBC Moscow City” at Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, within 2 km of the Kremlin, in Moscow and includes a 218,000 sqm multifunctional tower and a 75,000 sqm aquapark building to be constructed in two stages.

 

The 236 m high, 59 storied tower comprises a 70,000 sqm office area, 45,000 sqm apartment floors and a 5-star hotel covering an area of 30,000 sqm. The five underground floors under the tower have a total construction area of 22,000 sqm.
