Body: Body and gear boxes are manufactured with Poliamid-6 Natural containing as additives 30% glass fiber (GFR). The cables connecting the ballast box to the fixture are contained in a spiral pipe. The ballast box is equipped for hanging to the ceiling if needed.
Inner Frame: The injection aluminum zinc-coated inner frame under the fixture body carries the fixture and the mounting system. The fixture frame sits on this inner frame. The fixture is mounted on the ceiling by means of this inner frame to prevent loosening.
Frames: Fixture frame can be manufactured in a variety of colors and coatings. This frame has the ability to conceal some subtle irregularities on the suspended ceiling. The frame can be coated with 80 micron thick epoxy polyester electrostatic powder paint ome or gold. ome coating contains 8 micron copper, 8 micron nickel and 1micron ome.
Reflectors: 1 mm thick manufactured with high purity (99.9%) vacuum anodized coated aluminum.
Glass: 4 mm thick tempered glass is used for these fixtures. The glass is manufactured to accomodate the characteristics, atmosphere and decoration of the space.
