Marmaray Metro

Lighting of each station was handled individually for Marmaray project. The types of fixtures to be used in stations and tunnels were determined and they were installed properly. For this purpose, our experience with the fixtures in use in underground metro stations in Istanbul has been of great help, and the same fixtures were used in MARMARAY project.

 

MARMARAY includes five stations: Kazlıçeşme, Yenikapı, Sirkeci, Üsküdar and Ayrılıkçeşme. The fixtures used for lighting purposes were manufactured to resist any and all unfavourable conditions.

 

They are designed to go beyond the international standards for ambient lighting, lighting quality, quality levels, etc.
