Forum Istanbul Shopping Center

Forum Istanbul is the biggest project of Multi Turkmall, which is one of Europe's biggest real estate firms, in Turkey. Forum Istanbul, in Bayrampaşa, is the largest shopping mall and wellness center of Europe with a 495.000 squaremeter construction site. 

 

With its 5.000 capacity car park, Forum Istanbul is aiming to serve not only to people living in Istanbul but also to the tourists visiting Istanbul. 

 

Lighting:

 

Almost 19.000 lighting fixtures has been used for the illumination of Forum Istanbul. Huge amount of the shopping mall is illuminated by concealed lighting from the ceiling. Concealed lighting is provided with FMS batten type luminaires fitted with electronic ballast. Also MDG type luminaires and a special type luminaire, fitted with metal halide lamp, are used in the same places. Low ceilings are also reinforced with compact fluorescent fitted SPG 195 and SPG 160 type luminaires. All the car park areas are illuminated with FLP type etanj luminaires that are of IP65 protection class. FMP type luminaires are chosen for the illumination of staircases.
